Preheat oven to 200.
Cut 4 slices of 2 cm thick from the cabbage.
Place on baking tray with paper, drizzle oil, salt pepper.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes + 5-10
Fry coppa in butter, take from pan
Mix apple wedges with flour.
Add more butter and the sage and bake apple (till nice and caramellized)
5-6 min (till nice and soft)
Add back maiale, water (100 ml), salt pepper, low heat simmer.
Heat up the lentils with a bit of water and ample salt and pepper.
