Preheat the oven (180 degrees)
Take the lonza out of the fridge, rub with salt, pepper, oil, place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pre-bake for 30 minutes in the oven when on temperature.
In a little bowl, mix hoisin, honey, half the soy.
Cut the broccoli in florets, mix with half the glaze (2 TBSP).
Slice the shiitake.
Slice the peperoncino.
Fry shiitake in large non stick frying pan in a lill'oil. till golden brown. ADD TIME 5-6 min
Add the black rice, sesame oil, half the seeds and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir and warm up in 2-3 minutes. + OTHER HALF SOY AND KEEP WARM ON LOW HGEAT TIL SERVE
When 30 minutes over, take lonza from the oven. Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
With a spoon, brush half the glaze over the lonza.
Add broccoli with glaze to the baking sheet.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take the lonza out of the oven again. Now turn in the grill.
Spoon the remaining glaze over the lonza, shuffle the brocci and place the tray back in the oven. Grill for 5-10 minutes.
Shiitake rice, sliced pork tenderloin, broccoli.
Sprinkle with chili pepper and sesame seeds.
