Bring pot with water to a boil for noodles
Heat drizzle of oil in a large pan on medium high heat
Cut the chicken into trips of 1-2 cm wide
Add chicken to the pan and stirfry for 1-2 min
Add cabbage in, continue cooking for 5-6 minutes with salt & pepper (check if enough for cabbage to cook)
In the meantime: Mix soy with peanut butter till smooth (I used a whisk)
Boil the noodles briefly, drain, add to the strifry (cold water rinse)
Also add 2-3 table spoons (about half) of the sauce to the stirfry, mix everything on high heat for about 1 minute
Plate and drizzle over the remaining sauce
